This powerful tool streamlines the process of arranging seat layouts, managing sections and rows, setting up pricing for different groups, and—most importantly—reserving or selling seats to one or multiple donors, all in one intuitive interface. You can now easily manage every aspect of your seating, from layout to assignment, billing, exports, and payments.
With Seat Management, you can:
- Set up detailed layouts for each room (such as Main Sanctuary and Balcony), including sections, rows, and individual seats.
- Assign seats or groups of seats to different price categories.
- Sell and reserve seats for donors, bill them, and track payment status.
- Instantly view seat occupancy and purchase status by occasion, donor, or seat.
- Export your seating data in multiple formats for administration, display, or printing (including visual maps, index sheets, and stickers for each seat).

What can you do with Seat Management?
Set Up the Layout:
Create custom seating charts for your sanctuary or event space, including rooms (e.g., Main Sanctuary, Balcony).
Manage Sections and Rows:
Set up a layout for each room. On each layout, you can create multiple sections (typically each column, separated by an aisle). Then, for each section, define rows, and within each row, add individual seats—precisely mirroring your actual space.
Group Pricing:
Assign different pricing to seats or sections, allowing you to offer multiple price groups (e.g., premium, standard, youth, etc.).
Reserve & Sell Seats:
Reserve or sell seats to individual donors or multiple donors at once, keeping everything organized in one place.
