When you sign up with Donor Fuse, we will send a verification code for your account to your registered email address. You will then need to enter this verification code to access the system.
If you are signed in to your browser's user account (see the screenshot below of a user logged on to Google Chrome), you will only be asked to verify your account every 30 days, or when you use a new device to access your account. This is true regardless of which web browser you are using.
This article details how to clear the Donor Fuse cookies from Google Chrome. The procedure should be similar, if not entirely the same, if you are using another browser.
To clear the cookies from Google Chrome:
- Go to https://app.donorfuse.com/auth/login.
- Click the View site information icon on the leftmost side of the URL bar.
- Click Cookies and site data.
- Click Manage on-device site data.
- On the On-device site data window, delete the two entries listed with donorfuse.com in the name by clicking the Trash icon to the right (see the highlighted items in the screenshot below - the second item may be different in your case).
- Click Done.
After performing the above procedure, Donor Fuse will again send you a verification code the next time you access your account. After entering that code, you will be able to log on to your account without entering a verification code until 30 days later.
