If you experience a system freeze or the app crashes (completely closes) while using the Fuse Tap (Donor Fuse credit card terminal), please follow the steps below so our team can troubleshoot the issue.
Steps to Take
1. Act Immediately
Right after the issue occurs (logs are only saved for a short time), please follow these instructions.
2. Open the Main Menu
- Reopen the Fuse Tap app.
- Go to the main menu, where you see the options: Quick Donation, New Donation, View History.
3. Send the Logs
- Press and hold the Donor Fuse logo for more than 7 seconds.
- Wait until you see a message confirming that the logs were sent successfully.
4. Contact Support
- After sending the logs, please email us at help@donorfuse.com.
- In your email, let us know you have experienced a crash or freeze and that you have sent the logs from your device.
- Please include any extra details about what you were doing when the crash happened, if possible.
Why Is This Important?
Sending logs immediately after a crash helps our team investigate and resolve issues quickly, as logs are only available for a short period after the incident.
