Main Menu Functions

Quick Donation

• For fastest donation processing:
  1. Tap Quick Donation.
  2. Enter an amount or choose from predefined amounts.
  3. On the next screen, accept payment by swipe, tap, chip, manually entering card number, cash, or check (option to enter check number).
  4. The system assigns the donation to the default donor and campaign (as set up in Donor Fuse)
  5. After processing, you can print a receipt or return to the main menu.

New Donation

• For more detailed donor management:
  1. Tap New Donation.
  2. Search for an existing donor by any donor info, or create a new donor.
  3. After selecting a donor, choose from several options:
     • New Pledge: Select campaign, enter/select amount, and save.
     • New Donation: Select campaign, enter/select amount, and process payment (follow same payment options as Quick Donation).
     • New Payment: (Only if donor has open pledges) Select one or more pledges, assign amounts, and process payment.
     • New Donation Schedule: Select campaign, enter/select amount and start date, then process.
     • New Payment Schedule: (Only if donor has open pledges) Select one or more pledges, assign amounts and start date, then process.
