Donor Fuse allows donor records, including the total amount of their donations, to be exported out of the system for analysis, among other reasons, somewhere else. The export file is in XLS format.
To export donor records:
- Click Contacts on the Main Menu, then Donors.
- On the Donors page, click the Action menu, denoted by three (3) dots on the top right, then click Export Donors. The system will then export the donors to an XLS file and save the file to the default download location on your PC.

The table below shows the file format of the Export Donors template, which is in XLS format. If you plan to import the file into a third-party system, make sure that the system can handle the file to avoid any potential issues.
