How to View Your Billing History
- Log in to the Donor Fuse portal.
- Click the arrow next to your name at the top right.
- Select Subscription Info.
- On the Subscription page, click Select Actions (top right).
- Choose View Billing History.
- A new tab will open showing your complete billing history, with options to download invoices.
How to Update Your Payment Method
- On the Subscription page, click Select Actions (top right).
- Choose Update Payment Method.
- Select your preferred payment option:
- Enter your credit card number.
- Or click Pay with ACH to use a bank account.
How to Change Your Billing Tier
- On the Subscription page, click Select Actions (top right).
- Select Change Billing Tier.
- Review available tiers (your current tier is highlighted).
- Select your new tier to upgrade or downgrade. The system will show the next billing date and the new amount.
- If upgrading: You’ll be charged immediately for the prorated difference for the current billing cycle.
- If downgrading: The system calculates the difference, and you’ll pay less on your next billing cycle.
- Confirm your selection.
How to Enable or Disable the Accounting Module
- On the Subscription page, you will see which modules (like Accounting) are currently enabled for your account.
- Select or deselect the Accounting module as needed.
- Click Update Subscription.
- The system will show the new amount and let you know if you’ll be charged now or on your next cycle, similar to changing tiers.
How to Change Your Billing Cycle (Monthly/Yearly)
- On the Subscription page, look at the top right for the billing cycle toggle labeled “Pay Monthly” / “Pay Yearly”.
- Click the toggle to switch between monthly and yearly billing.
- Yearly billing gives you a 10% discount compared to monthly.
- When you select yearly, you are charged once for the full year.
- Note: Yearly payments are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
- Confirm your selection. The system will update your billing details and show the next charge date.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- On the Subscription page, scroll to the bottom left.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
