How to Enable Charity Voucher Scanning in Donor Fuse

To scan charity vouchers using Batch Payments, you need a gateway account configured for the voucher provider you want to use. Donor Fuse supports voucher scanning from OJC, Matbia, Pledger, and The Donors Fund.

OJC

OJC gateway setup follows the standard gateway connection process. Once your OJC account is connected, voucher scanning is automatically available in Batch Payments.

Matbia

Matbia gateway setup follows the standard gateway connection process. Once your Matbia account is connected, voucher scanning is automatically available in Batch Payments.

Pledger

To enable voucher scanning for Pledger, connect your Pledger gateway account and then configure the sync credentials.

  1. Connect your Pledger gateway account following the standard setup process. For setup instructions, see How to Connect Pledger to Donor Fuse.

  2. After the gateway account is created, open the gateway account settings by navigating to Settings > Gateway Accounts and clicking on your Pledger account.

  3. Expand the Sync Transactions/Batches section.

  4. Turn on the Sync Gateway toggle.

  5. Enter your Pledger Username and Pledger Password.

  6. Click Save.

Voucher scanning for Pledger is now available in Batch Payments.

The Donors Fund

To enable voucher scanning for The Donors Fund, connect your gateway account and then configure the sync credentials.

  1. Connect your Donors Fund gateway account following the standard setup process. For setup instructions, see How to Connect Donors Fund to Donor Fuse.

  2. After the gateway account is created, open the gateway account settings by navigating to Settings > Gateway Accounts and clicking on your Donors Fund account.

  3. Expand the Sync Transactions/Batches section.

  4. Turn on the Sync Gateway toggle.

  5. Enter your DonorsFund Username and DonorsFund Password.

  6. Click Save.

Voucher scanning for The Donors Fund is now available in Batch Payments.
